The Dunne Group wished to update their old website with a fresh new design that focused on their impressive portfolio of work. They needed to be able to quickly and easily update the content of the website themselves. They also wanted to ensure that the Dunne Group website would show up on search engines, but weren’t sure what keywords or phrases to target.
We first started with a detailed keyword & competitor analysis. This not only allowed us to get a very good overview of the construction industry, but also highlighted the most competitive areas in the Dunne Group’s market. These analyses allowed us to shape the website and set up the foundation for search engine optimisation services.
Next we moved on to the design of the website. After a few discussions it was decided that The Dunne Group needed the website to work on as wide a range of mobile devices as possible so, to ensure optimum compatibility, we agreed upon a “responsive design” strategy: This enables a single website to adapt to best display on whatever screen it appears upon.
The biggest challenge of this project was to create a portfolio section that would do justice to the Dunne Group’s impressive body of work across all these mobile devices. On discussion with The Dunne Group it was agreed that a visual image based approach would be the best solution to this problem.

On completion of the project, The Dunne Group were the proud owners of a fully functional website which worked across all desktop, laptop and mobile devices. Within one month of launch their new site had gained search engine prominence over a range of competitively targeted keywords: This resulted in a significant growth in the number of monthly visitors to the site, an average 200% increase in the time spent on the website by each visitor and, most importantly, three times the number of potential clients arriving at the Dunne Group’s contact page.
